Car accessories OEM and sourcing, from factories in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia

Aftermarket car accessories are made model by model: a door visor or a cargo liner only sells if it fits the vehicle it is listed for, and the factory that already holds the mould for that model is worth far more to you than one that does not. We work with factories in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia, source car accessories as stock items or under your own brand, and handle fitment checks, samples, inspection and export for buyers in any country.

Car accessories OEM

For door visors and floor mats we have factories in place in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia that can supply them. For other accessories — mud flaps, bonnet guards, cargo liners and boot trays, window louvres, side steps, roof racks and rails, seat covers — we look for the factory that already makes the item for the models you sell, so you are not paying for new tooling where a mould already exists.

There are two ways to start. Buying stock items means choosing from moulds a factory already holds and putting your own packaging on them, which is the quickest route to market. Making your own brand means new tooling or a modified design for the models you choose, which takes longer but gives you a product your competitors cannot order from the same catalogue. A common route is to start with stock items for the best-selling models and add your own designs later.

Fitment decides whether an accessory sells or comes back as a return. Before an order we pin down the model, the years and body type it covers, right-hand or left-hand drive, and any trim differences that change the shape, and confirm fit on a vehicle or against the factory’s pattern before production starts.

Some accessories — lighting, tyres and wheels, brake and steering parts, electrical equipment, child seats — need a safety approval or certification of their own in many markets. For those, we confirm the certification route with you before anything is sourced, so the cost and the time it adds are known up front. We do not copy a vehicle maker’s original designs or put its logo on a product, because design rights and trademarks apply wherever the product is sold.

What this includes

Door visors and floor mats

Factories in place in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia for window deflectors, floor mats and boot liners, as stock items or under your brand.

Other accessories, sourced by model

Mud flaps, bonnet guards, cargo liners, window louvres, side steps, roof racks and seat covers from the factory that already holds the mould.

Fitment checked before production

Model, years, body type, drive side and trim differences confirmed, and fit checked on a vehicle or a pattern before the order runs.

Your brand and packaging

Logo, packaging, fitting instructions and barcodes, so the product is ready for your shop, your distributors or online marketplaces.

Inspection and export to any country

Pre-shipment inspection, export documents and the certificate of origin where a trade agreement applies, shipped to wherever you sell.

How it works

  1. 01 Your model list The accessories and vehicle models you want, the markets you sell in, and whether you want stock items or your own design.
  2. 02 Factory and mould check We find which factories already hold moulds for those models, and what a new or modified mould would involve where none exists.
  3. 03 Samples and fitment Samples checked for fit, finish and material, and your packaging and instructions agreed.
  4. 04 Production and inspection Production followed against the approved sample, then inspected before shipment.
  5. 05 Export and delivery Export documents, the certificate of origin where it applies, and shipment to your warehouse or your forwarder.

What we do — and the promises we keep

We put both in writing, so you know exactly what to expect from us.

We do

  • Source door visors and floor mats from factories we have in place in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia
  • Find factories for other accessories by item and vehicle model
  • Check fitment, samples and production, and inspect before shipment
  • Arrange your brand, packaging, instructions and barcodes
  • Handle export documents and shipment to any country

What we will not do

  • We do not own a factory, so we do not claim capacity we do not control
  • We do not quote a price, an MOQ or a mould cost before the item and the models are defined
  • We do not copy vehicle makers’ original designs or use their logos
  • We do not promise that an accessory meets the vehicle rules of your market before they have been checked

Before you write to us

You do not need all of this to start a conversation — but the more of it you have, the faster we can give you a real answer instead of a range.

  • The accessories you want, and photos or links of anything similar
  • The vehicle models, years and body types, and whether right-hand or left-hand drive
  • The countries you sell in, and how you sell (shop, distributors, online marketplaces)
  • Stock items, or your own design and brand
  • Rough quantity per model for the first order
  • Packaging and barcode requirements of your sales channels

Frequently asked questions

Which car accessories can you supply?

Door visors and floor mats from factories we have in place in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia, and other aftermarket accessories — mud flaps, bonnet guards, cargo liners, window louvres, side steps, roof racks and seat covers — from factories we find for the item and the models you sell.

Can we start with stock items before making our own design?

Yes, and it is a common way to start. Stock items come from moulds a factory already holds, with your packaging, which is the quickest way to start. Your own design needs new or modified tooling, which takes longer but gives you a product others cannot order from the same catalogue.

How do you make sure the accessory fits?

We confirm the model, years, body type, drive side and trim differences before the order, and check fit on a vehicle or against the factory’s pattern at the sample stage. Production is then followed against the approved sample.

What sets the MOQ and the mould cost?

Whether a mould already exists for the model, the size and material of the part, the number of models, and the packaging you need. Any figure before those are known would be misleading, so we quote once the item and the models are defined.

Do you ship outside Asia?

Yes. We ship to buyers in any country, with export documents and, where a trade agreement between the producing country and yours applies, the certificate of origin.

Can you put a car maker’s logo on the product?

No. We do not copy vehicle makers’ original designs or use their logos or trademarks. Your own brand and logo, yes.

Rules for vehicle accessories differ by country, particularly for exterior parts, and change over time. Confirm the current rules in the market where you sell; this page is not legal advice.
