The service suits two kinds of client. One is a brand owner who wants a Japan-made line and needs someone to run the factory relationship, the formulation discussion and the paperwork. The other is an importer who already sells in a market such as Vietnam and needs the product to arrive with documentation that will survive a registration review.
We work with you on the dosage form and the formulation direction, obtain the certificates of analysis and specification sheets the destination market will ask for, and coordinate the production schedule. Where the destination is Vietnam, we can also carry the product through import and registration ourselves.
We supply Japanese raw materials with certificates of analysis as well, for brands that already have their own manufacturing arrangement. Finished-product OEM is our main service; raw-material supply exists alongside it.
What this includes
GMP-certified partner factory in Japan
Production takes place at a partner facility in Japan that holds GMP certification, under its own quality management system.
Formulation and dosage form
Tablets, capsules, powders, sachets, jelly and liquid formats for supplements; creams, serums, cleansers and other formats for cosmetics.
Documentation that passes review
Certificates of analysis, specification sheets and manufacturing statements, prepared with the destination market’s registration requirements in mind.
Labelling and claim review
We check the claims you want to make against what the destination market permits, before artwork goes to print.
Import and registration for Vietnam
If Vietnam is the destination, we can act as importer and handle the product declaration ourselves.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the factory?
Production takes place at a GMP-certified partner factory in Japan. We do not publish the facility’s name or location on the website; we introduce it directly once a project is genuinely under discussion.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends entirely on the dosage form and the formulation, so any number quoted before the specification exists would be misleading. Tell us the product you have in mind and we will come back with the actual figure for it.
Can you help register the product in my market?
We handle import and product declaration ourselves for Vietnam. For other markets we prepare the manufacturing documentation your local agent will need.
Can I use my own formulation?
Yes. We can work from your formulation, adapt an existing one, or develop a direction with you from a concept.
Do you also supply raw materials rather than finished goods?
Yes. We supply Japanese raw materials with certificates of analysis for brands that already have a manufacturing arrangement. Finished-product OEM remains our main service.
