We are a trading company, not a factory owner, and we work the way trading companies do. When you tell us what you want made, we look for the manufacturers that fit that product — its process, the certifications your market will ask for, and your volume — rather than fitting every enquiry to a factory chosen in advance. It is also why we do not quote a minimum order quantity, a price or a lead time before the specification exists: all three depend on which manufacturer turns out to be right.
Most private-label projects stall on the details around the product rather than the product itself: packaging the factory cannot source, a label that will not pass in the destination market, a certificate the buyer needs that nobody asked for. We raise those questions at the start, in writing, so they do not surface at the shipping stage.
Where “Made in Japan” carries weight with your customers, we arrange production in Japan too — for health supplements and cosmetics at a GMP-certified partner factory in Japan, and for other products at the Japanese manufacturer that fits. It is a different cost structure and a different origin on the pack, and we will tell you plainly which one suits your market.

Formulation or recipe, materials, packaging and finish go to the factory in Vietnamese, and the factory’s questions come back to you in English.
Samples before you commit
Development samples and a pre-production sample for your approval, so the decision is made on a physical product rather than a photograph.
Packaging and labelling
Packaging sourced with the factory, and label text checked against what your destination market permits before anything is printed.
Production follow-up and inspection
We follow the production run, agree the inspection points with you in advance, and check the goods before they ship.
Made in Japan
Production in Japan when “Made in Japan” matters — including supplements and cosmetics at a GMP-certified partner factory in Japan.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have your own factory in Vietnam?
No. We are a trading company. For each project we look for the manufacturers that fit the product, vet them and manage production on your behalf. That lets us match the factory to the product, rather than the product to one factory.
What is the difference between OEM and sourcing?
OEM and private label is for a finished product sold under your own brand: we find the manufacturer and handle the specification, samples, packaging and labelling for that product. If you are buying components, parts, materials or an existing product made to your specification, that is our Sourcing from Vietnam service.
What kinds of products can you have made?
Any product you want under your own brand — cosmetics, health supplements, food and beverages, coffee, apparel, household goods and more, in Vietnam or in Japan. We find the manufacturer that fits the product and your volume.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, the packaging and the manufacturer, so any number quoted before those are known would be misleading. Send us the specification and we will come back with the real figure for your product.
Should my product be made in Vietnam or in Japan?
It depends on your market and your positioning. The two differ in cost structure and in the origin printed on the pack. We give you our honest view once we understand the product and who will buy it.
Can you help register the product for sale?
If the product will be sold in Vietnam, we can support the product declaration here — see Selling into Vietnam. For export markets, we work with the manufacturer to obtain the documentation your importer asks for.
