Pet products OEM and private label: beds, toys, carriers, bowls and more

Pet accessories are bought again and again, and a private-label range can be built from products factories already make, with your materials, colours and packaging. We find the factories across Asia that make each item, run samples, arrange the tests your market expects for materials that touch food or that pets chew, inspect the order and ship it to your warehouse or fulfilment centre.

Pet products OEM

A pet range usually mixes several kinds of factory: sewing for beds, cushions and harnesses; moulding for bowls, litter trays and toys; and weaving or metalwork for carriers and crates. We source each item from the factory that already makes it, and consolidate the range into one shipment.

Safety and labelling depend on the item and the market. Bowls can fall under food-contact rules; toys are chewed, so materials and small parts matter; textiles carry fibre and care information in some markets. We ask for test reports where your market expects them and check that they cover the item and the material.

Starting with existing designs is the quickest route: your colours, fabric and logo on a product the factory already makes. New designs need new patterns or moulds and take longer.

We do not copy other brands’ designs or characters, and we make no claims about the effect of any product on a pet’s health.

How it works

  1. 01 Your range The items, references or photos, materials and colours, quantities, and the markets you sell in.
  2. 02 Factory match Factories that already make each item, quoted on the same specification.
  3. 03 Samples and tests Samples in your materials and colours, and tests arranged where your market expects them.
  4. 04 Production and inspection Production checked against the approved samples and inspected before shipment.
  5. 05 Shipment The range consolidated and shipped to your warehouse or fulfilment centre.

What we do — and the promises we keep

We put both in writing, so you know exactly what to expect from us.

We do

  • Find the factory that already makes each item in your range
  • Run samples in your materials, colours and branding
  • Arrange material and safety tests where your market expects them
  • Inspect before shipment and consolidate the range
  • Ship to any country

What we will not do

  • We do not own a factory, so we do not claim capacity we do not control
  • We do not quote a price, an MOQ or a lead time before the range is defined
  • We do not copy other brands’ designs or characters
  • We do not make claims about the effect of a product on a pet’s health

Before you write to us

You do not need all of this to start a conversation — but the more of it you have, the faster we can give you a real answer instead of a range.

  • The items in your range, with photos or references
  • Materials, colours and sizes
  • Quantity per item and colour
  • The markets and channels you sell in
  • Your logo, packaging design and label requirements

Frequently asked questions

Which pet products can you supply?

Beds, mats and cushions, toys, carriers and crates, bowls and feeders, litter trays and scoops, harnesses and other accessories. Send us your range and we find the factory for each item; pet food has its own manufacturing route, covered in our pet food contract manufacturing guide.

Can we start with existing designs?

Yes, and it is the quickest route: your colours, fabric and logo on a product the factory already makes. New designs need new patterns or moulds.

Do you arrange safety and material tests?

Where your market expects them, yes — for example for bowls that touch food or toys that pets chew. We check that the report covers the item and the material.

Can different items be shipped together?

Yes. Items from several factories are consolidated into one shipment.

What sets the minimum order and the price?

The item, the material, the number of colours and the branding. We quote once the range is defined.

Product safety and labelling rules for pet products differ by market and change over time. Confirm the current rules in the market where you sell; this page is not legal advice.
