Supplement and cosmetic raw materials, capsules and packaging, supplied to manufacturers

A manufacturer that already knows what it needs does not want a long project; it wants the right material, the right documents and a sample it can test. We source raw materials, mainly from Japan, and the consumables a supplement or cosmetic line runs on — empty capsules, bottles, caps, pouches and labels — and supply them with the specification, certificate of analysis and safety data sheet your quality team will ask for.

  • Japanese raw materials
  • Empty capsules (HPMC, gelatin, pullulan)
  • Bottles, pouches and labels
  • Spec, CoA and SDS supplied
Ingredients and packaging supply

Raw materials are specified by name, grade and content, not by brand. Tell us the ingredient and the specification you work to — for example the form and assay of a coenzyme Q10, the source and molecular weight of a collagen peptide, or the purity of an NMN — and we look for Japanese and other suppliers that meet it, and send you the specification and a sample before you order.

Consumables are where a production line most often stops for want of a small item. Empty capsules in the size, colour and material you use, bottles and caps that match your filling line, pouches and labels printed to your artwork: we source them and can combine them with raw materials in one shipment.

Documents come with every lot: the specification, the certificate of analysis for the lot shipped, the safety data sheet, and allergen and origin information where it applies. Whether an ingredient can be used, and how it must be declared, depends on the country where you make and sell the product; you confirm that under your local rules, and we supply the information the confirmation depends on.

Samples first, then the order. We arrange samples for your incoming inspection and stability testing, and agree the specification and the remaining shelf life on arrival before the first lot ships.

What we do — and the promises we keep

We put both in writing, so you know exactly what to expect from us.

We do

  • Source raw materials, mainly from Japan, by name, grade and specification
  • Source empty capsules, bottles, caps, pouches and labels
  • Supply the specification, certificate of analysis and safety data sheet with each lot
  • Arrange samples before the first order
  • Combine materials and consumables in one shipment and handle export

What we will not do

  • We do not act as the importer in your country or file its registrations for you
  • We do not quote a price, an MOQ or a lead time before the specification and quantity are known
  • We do not make claims about what an ingredient does in the body
  • We do not represent ourselves as any manufacturer’s official distributor

Before you write to us

You do not need all of this to start a conversation — but the more of it you have, the faster we can give you a real answer instead of a range.

  • The ingredient or item, and the grade or specification you work to
  • Quantity per order, and how often you reorder
  • The country where the product is made and sold
  • Documents your quality team requires (CoA, SDS, allergen, origin, halal or kosher)
  • For capsules and packaging: size, material, colour, and your artwork for printing
  • Storage conditions and the shelf life you need on arrival

Frequently asked questions

Which raw materials can you supply?

Raw materials for supplements, cosmetics and food, mainly from Japan: vitamins, amino acids, coenzyme Q10, NMN, phosphatidylserine, collagen peptides, plant extracts and more. Send us the ingredient and the specification you work to, and we tell you what can be supplied.

Can you name the manufacturer of the raw material?

We specify raw materials by name, grade and content on this site. The documents for a specific lot, including the specification and certificate of analysis, are shared with you during the quotation.

Can we get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We arrange samples with their certificate of analysis so your quality team can test the material before the first order.

Do you supply capsules with halal or kosher certification?

Where you need it, yes. We check the certificate against the body that issued it and its scope before the order, and supply a copy with the goods.

Who handles the import procedures and ingredient approval in our country?

You, as the manufacturer or importer, because whether an ingredient can be used and how it is declared depends on your local rules. We supply the specification, certificate of analysis and other information those procedures depend on.

Whether an ingredient may be used in a food, supplement or cosmetic, and in what amount, depends on the rules of the country where the product is made and sold. Nothing on this page is a claim about the effect of any ingredient, and this page is not legal advice.
