Vietnam requires an importer of record, product registration for most consumer categories, and a distribution route that actually reaches shelves. We can act as your importer and local partner so you can test the market without setting up a company here first.

Our office is in Ho Chi Minh City. When a supplier needs to be visited, a sample needs to be collected, or a shipment needs to be chased, someone goes — in Vietnamese, in person.
One counterpart, three languages
Specifications arrive in English or Japanese and reach the factory in Vietnamese. Questions come back the same way. Nothing is lost to a machine translation nobody checked.

We tell you honestly whether Vietnam is the right place for it, what regulation applies, and where the risk sits.

Suppliers, samples, quotes
We shortlist suppliers, obtain quotations on a like-for-like basis, and arrange samples for your evaluation.

Order, inspection, shipment
We place and follow the order, arrange inspection before shipment, prepare export documents, and keep you updated in English.
We do not publish prices, minimum order quantities or lead times as headline figures, because the honest answer to all three is “it depends on the specification”. Send us the specification and you will get the real number instead of a range.
