On the ground in Vietnam
Our office is in Ho Chi Minh City. When a supplier needs to be visited, a sample collected or a shipment chased, someone goes — in Vietnamese, in person.
Japanese management, three languages
Negotiation with Japanese companies happens in Japanese and on Japanese terms; the factory floor hears it in Vietnamese; you get it in English. Nothing is lost to a machine translation nobody checked.

We do not publish prices, minimum order quantities or lead times as headline figures, because the honest answer to all three is “it depends on the specification”. Send us the specification and you will get the real number instead of a range.

A trading company registered in Vietnam and managed by a Japanese owner resident in Ho Chi Minh City. Our working languages are English, Japanese and Vietnamese, which is the reason the same team can sit on both sides of a Japan–Vietnam transaction.
