Workwear, uniforms, bags and promotional textiles, made in Vietnam

Sewing is Vietnam’s home ground: the country has a deep base of garment and textile factories. What decides a good result is the match between your product and the factory, and the detail agreed before cutting starts. For each order we find the Vietnamese factory that already makes your kind of product, agree fabric, sizes, logo and packing, follow production and inspect before the goods ship.

Workwear, bags and sewn products

Workwear and uniforms are repeat business: the same jacket, shirt or apron is reordered every season, so the pattern, the fabric and the size chart agreed on the first order are worth getting right. Bags and promotional textiles are the opposite — a design for one campaign, a fixed date, and a logo that has to look exactly like the brand. Towels sit in between, sold by weight and absorbency and often ordered by hotels and businesses on a schedule.

Most of the cost and most of the problems are decided before production: the fabric and its weight, the size range, how the logo is applied (embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, woven label), the packing, and the labels the destination market requires. We put those in writing with you, check them on the sample, and use the approved sample as the reference for production and inspection.

Labelling is often where imported textiles go wrong. Japan, the United States and the European Union each require fibre content information on textile products, and Japan and the United States also require care information for clothing, each under its own rules; the importer or the brand is usually the party responsible for it. We check what your market requires and have the factory sew in the labels before shipment, rather than relabelling after arrival.

We do not copy other companies’ logos, characters or designs; trademarks, copyright and design rights apply wherever the product is sold. Your own logo and artwork, yes.

How it works

  1. 01 Your product and quantity What you want made, a photo, drawing or reference sample, the quantity and sizes, and the date you need it.
  2. 02 Factory match We find the Vietnamese factories that already make your kind of product and compare their quotations on the same specification.
  3. 03 Sample Fabric, fit, logo and labels checked on the sample, and the specification fixed in writing.
  4. 04 Production and inspection Production followed against the approved sample, then inspected before shipment.
  5. 05 Export and delivery Export documents, the certificate of origin where it applies, and shipment to your warehouse or forwarder.

What we do — and the promises we keep

We put both in writing, so you know exactly what to expect from us.

We do

  • Find and check the Vietnamese factory that fits each product
  • Agree fabric, sizes, logo, labels and packing in writing
  • Run samples, follow production and inspect before shipment
  • Check the labelling rules of your market and have labels sewn in
  • Handle export documents and shipment to any country

What we will not do

  • We do not own a factory, so we do not claim capacity we do not control
  • We do not quote a price, an MOQ or a lead time before the specification is defined
  • We do not copy other companies’ logos, characters or designs
  • We do not ship before you have seen the inspection result

Before you write to us

You do not need all of this to start a conversation — but the more of it you have, the faster we can give you a real answer instead of a range.

  • What you want made, with a photo, drawing or reference sample
  • Fabric preference, or how the product will be used and washed
  • Quantity per size and colour
  • Your logo artwork and how it should be applied
  • The country you sell in, and the date you need the goods
  • Packing and label requirements of your customers or market

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of sewn products can you have made?

Workwear and uniforms, tote and promotional bags, T-shirts, caps, pouches and aprons with your logo, towels and other home textiles — and other sewn products to your specification. We find the Vietnamese factory that already makes your kind of product.

Do you need a sample from us?

A reference sample is the fastest start, but a photo or a drawing with measurements works too. Either way, we make a sample in the factory and you approve it before production.

How is our logo applied?

By embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer or a woven label, depending on the fabric, the size of the logo and how the product is washed. We check the result on the sample.

Who is responsible for the care and fibre labels?

Usually the importer or the brand in the country where the product is sold. We check what that country requires and have the factory sew the labels in before shipment.

What sets the minimum order and the price?

The fabric and whether it is stocked or made to order, the number of sizes and colours, the logo method and the packing. We quote once the specification is defined, because any number before that would be misleading.

Labelling and product rules for textiles differ by country and change over time. Confirm the current rules in the market where you sell; this page is not legal advice.
