Sourcing from Vietnam
Supplier search, factory visits, sampling, quality checks and export documentation — so you can buy from Vietnam without an office here.
- Supplier search and vetting — We build a shortlist from our own network and from direct enquiry, then confirm that the factory actually does the process in-house rather than subcontracting it silently.
- Technical communication — Drawings, specifications and tolerances are conveyed in Vietnamese, and the factory’s questions come back to you in English.
- Samples and trial orders — We arrange first-article samples and small trial runs so a decision is made on a physical part, not a photograph.

Selling into Vietnam
Importer of record, product registration, labelling and distribution — a way into the Vietnamese market without setting up a company first.
- Regulatory check before you commit — We confirm which registration or declaration route your product falls under, and what evidence the authorities will expect, before you ship anything.
- Importer of record — We can act as the importing party in Vietnam so you do not need a local entity to begin.
- Customs clearance — HS classification, import documentation and clearance handled locally.

Japan-made OEM & private label
Private-label supplements and cosmetics produced at a GMP-certified partner factory in Japan, with formulation, documentation and registration support.
- GMP-certified partner factory in Japan — Production takes place at a partner facility in Japan that holds GMP certification, under its own quality management system.
- Formulation and dosage form — Tablets, capsules, powders, sachets, jelly and liquid formats for supplements; creams, serums, cleansers and other formats for cosmetics.
- Documentation that passes review — Certificates of analysis, specification sheets and manufacturing statements, prepared with the destination market’s registration requirements in mind.
