Japanese goods wholesale
Japanese food, cosmetics and household goods, in one shipment
Shops and distributors that sell Japanese goods rarely sell only one category. We buy Japanese food, cosmetics, household goods and baby products in Japan, in Japanese, consolidate them into one shipment and export them to your company, with the information your import side needs.
What we supply
Three categories, one buyer: everyday Japanese products bought in Japan and exported together. The examples below are common requests, not a limit.
Food and drink
Typical requests: Instant noodles and cup noodles, snacks and confectionery, seasonings and sauces, curry and ready-to-cook products, tea, coffee and soft drinks.
What we check: Shelf life on arrival, ingredients that some countries check separately, and the information your food notification or registration needs.
Cosmetics and personal care
Typical requests: Skincare, sunscreen, hair care, body care and make-up from the range Japanese drugstores carry.
What we check: The full ingredient list, the letter of authorisation your cosmetic notification needs, and how each product is classified in Japan.
Household and baby products
Typical requests: Detergents, kitchen goods, hygiene products, nappies, wipes and baby care products.
What we check: Items your country regulates separately, and products that travel as dangerous goods, such as aerosols.
One mixed shipment
Mixing categories is the point of buying through one trading company, and it works only if the paperwork is kept apart.
One order, many suppliers
Products from several suppliers in Japan are gathered and consolidated, so a mixed range goes out as one shipment.
Documents kept apart by category
Food, cosmetics and household goods are often checked by different authorities in the importing country, so their documents are prepared separately.
Dangerous goods declared
Aerosols and flammable products are identified from their safety data sheets and declared and packed under the transport rules.
Shelf life agreed in advance
The minimum remaining shelf life on arrival is agreed before the order and checked lot by lot before packing.

Frequently asked questions
Can food, cosmetics and household goods go in one shipment?
Yes. We consolidate them and prepare the documents separately by category, because the importing country often checks food and cosmetics through different authorities. Dangerous goods such as aerosols are declared and packed under the transport rules.
Who handles the import procedures in our country?
The importer in your country, because the law makes it responsible for notifications, local-language labels and inspection on arrival. We supply the product information those procedures depend on.
Can we start with a small mixed order?
Mixed orders are what we are set up for. The sensible quantity for each product depends on how it is packed, so we confirm it when we quote.
Do you publish prices or minimum orders?
No. Both depend on the products, the quantities and the packing, so we quote once we have your list.
Are you an official distributor for Japanese brands?
No. We are a trading company that buys from suppliers in Japan and exports. We do not represent ourselves as any manufacturer’s official distributor.
Import requirements differ by country and by product, and change over time. The importer in the destination country is responsible for them. Nothing on this page is a claim about the effect of any product, and this page is not legal advice.
